1. Cancellation Policy

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service was completed as agreed and no complaint was raised within 24 hours.
  • The issue reported is unrelated to the service provided.
  • The cancellation was made too close to the scheduled time (as per policy).
  • False or fraudulent claims.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • You can reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least [X] hours before the scheduled time.
